Would this be a good idea to use on a exterior wall?
We have a wall about 8 feet high and extends about 35 to 40 long with 2 90degree walls attatched to them.  The dirt behind the wall is about 7 feet high.   The wall is showing signs of bowing.

The carbon fibre kit is installed on the side of a wall (usually the exterior wall) that is bowing in. It can't be more than 2" bowed though. Measure with plumb bob or long level and measuring tape.
If there is also a leakage problem, you would also install an Interior Drainage Control System (Interior Weeping Tile), some call it a French Drain.
